My friend, Alex, runs an Airbnb management business with her family. She approached me with the goal of gaining 2-3 more clients. Wanting to stay local, we set out to place an ad in the monthly neighborhood newspaper. Having no team to work with, I leaned into my craft and created a copy-driven ad. My idea was to show Airbnb owners that they could run a successful rental without being overwhelmed.

It turned out better than we expected with 1 new client and 2 prospective clients within the first week of publication.
